Short-Term Plant Rental Policies

RESERVATIONS

A common question asked of us is: "How far in advance should I place my order?" We suggest that you book as soon as possible, to insure that the rental items that you are requesting are available. Our live plant rental inventory is varied, and we are able to accommodate most rental requests, however they do vary from item to item. We may have a large inventory of some plants and accessories and a limited supply of others. Our popular items are quite often booked early.

DEPOSITS & BILLING

A deposit of 50% of the estimated rental is required at the time of reservation. Final payments are due 14 days before your rental items are delivered from our warehouse and can be made by Visa, Cash or Cheque.

All rentals require a Security / Damage Deposit with a valid credit card.

Should your reservation requirements change after full payment has been made, you will be billed or refunded accordingly. Please be advised that once you reserve an order and place a deposit, all other orders are turned away to keep your reservation. This deposit is non refundable.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All final cancellations must be made 14 days before the delivery, event, or scheduled pick-up-day, otherwise you will be charged the full amount. All rental charges are applied to rental items once they leave our warehouse, whether they are used or not.

LOSS or DAMAGE and REPLACEMENT CHARGES

When rental items are delivered to you, you are responsible for any loss or damage while they are in your care. This includes the time after delivery, during and after your event, and until they are back in our possession. Please ensure rental items are not left unattended. In the event of loss, damage or breakage of the rental plants and/or containers, replacement charges will incur.

All items left on site when you are not present are your responsibility if lost, damaged or stolen.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

All damage to plants, such as breakage or torn foliage, extreme cold or heat such as temperatures falling below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for more than two hours or above 90 degrees for more than 24 hours, and damage to plant containers such as, chipping, cracks, gouges and non-removable marks or stains, and damage due to neglect, will result in replacement charges.

Additional cleaning charges will incur if there is any wax and adhesive removal, or food or garbage debris.

Additional repair charges will incur if items returned are slightly damaged and can be repaired.
